Job Title: Community Manager - Hong Kong Metaverse Xoocity Virtual Land NFT

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Community Manager for our Hong Kong Metaverse Xoocity Virtual Land NFT project. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with our online community members on Twitter, Discord, and Telegram, and promote and sell our NFT products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong marketing abilities, and experience in building and managing online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive community management strategy to grow our online community members and promote sales of our NFT products

- Engage with community members on Twitter, Discord, and Telegram, and provide timely responses to their questions, concerns, and feedback

- Create and curate high-quality content such as tweets, posts, articles, and videos to build brand awareness and promote our NFT products

- Facilitate community events such as webinars, Q&A sessions, and virtual exhibitions to engage and educate community members

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase visibility and sales

- Monitor and analyze community sentiment, trends, and feedback, and provide insights to the team to inform decision-making

- Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and content creators to expand community reach and attract new customers

- Manage and maintain community user orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

- Proven experience in community management, social media management, or related field

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Manderin and Cantonese

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize

- Knowledge and experience in the NFT industry and blockchain technology is a plus

- Familiarity with Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and other social media platforms

- Passion for the NFT industry and a strong interest in virtual land and metaverse projects

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
